Photography Policy

We love capturing special moments at our programs, and these photos may be used for our newsletter, social media, and other publications. This allows us to share the Friendship Circle experience with families, as well as donors who support our programs. We understand that some families have previously advised they do not wish their children to appear in photos. In our experience, it can be upsetting for our participants to be excluded from taking photos due to their photo permissions, teen volunteers may not be aware of their parents' preferences, and it isn't always possible to edit images afterwards.

Going forward, permitting the use of your child's photos will be a condition of participation in our programs. Please know that we choose the images mindfully and usually post group photos. We will seek permission if the photo highlights an individual person.
