COVID-19 Mask, Vaccination and Testing Policy for Group Programs
Masks
- Masks are no longer required at Friendship Circle activities.
- In certain circumstances, participants, volunteers and/ or leaders aged 12 years + may be required to wear masks as determined by program leaders.
Vaccinations
- Participants, volunteers and leaders aged 5 years and above are encouraged to be vaccinated per NSW Health.
- We continue to ask participants, volunteers and leaders about their vaccination status in case we are required to respond to an outbreak.
Testing
When attending a program that includes an overnight stay, it is suggested that all participants, volunteers and leaders take a Rapid Antigen Test before attending the first day of the program. If positive, the program coordinator should be informed as soon as possible.
Feeling Unwell
- Participants, volunteers and leaders should not attend a program if feeling unwell, and should follow guidance from NSW Health.
- Program leaders may ask for participants and volunteers to be picked up if they appear unwell.
