The Walk - Sunday, 30 August

The Friendship Walk is an annual celebration of our community and an incredible opportunity to increase disability awareness, acceptance and inclusion.

This is our major fundraiser of the year, which enables the community to support our programs for children and young people with disabilities.

Join us on the day to soak up the amazing atmosphere, walk with your friends and family to raise awareness, and enjoy our Family Fun Day!

What to Expect

The Friendship Walk will take place in the Eastern Suburbs on 30 August. Check in when you arrive and collect our signature purple Walk T-shirt. Grab a hot beverage and stop by our Friendship Bakery stall, and get ready for the opening ceremony.

After the official opening of the Walk, we will be taking a beautiful scenic walk together, followed by our Family Fun Day. There will be music, lots of fun activities for the kids, food and drink, and much more.

Be sure to bring the whole family along for an incredible morning celebrating our community and raising awareness for disability acceptance and inclusion.

We will have roaming photographers on the day. Please be aware that by attending the Walk and Family Fun Day you consent to photos that you appear in being used on Friendship Circle's social media, in email communications, and other media.
